"Ask App Not To Track"-This option is available on ios devices. For other devices, check app permissions before downloading and determine if they are reasonable for the service that the app provides. If they seem excessive we recommend not downloading that particular app.
Check Cookie Settings when visiting a website. Don't just click allow all cookies, if given the option limit it to "strictly necessary" cookies. It only takes a few seconds to turn off unnecessary cookies and will prevent that site from tracking your behavior across the web.
